Important: No Refund Policy
We operate with a strict no refund policy for all courses and salon services. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Training Programs (Online & Offline): Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance or partial attendance.

Salon Services: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds will be processed, even if you cancel or do not attend.

Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, no refunds or returns are accepted once products are delivered.
Course Transfer: In exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, we may allow transferring your seat to another batch or person — subject to availability.
